Every claim here
ends in a document.
Site visit → a written brief. Design fee → a locked BoQ and a locked price. Commissioning → test results against the engineered numbers. Handover → a pack your staff runs the venue with. If a step doesn’t produce paper you can hold, we don’t list it.
One process.
Four steps.
The design phase is a fixed fee that locks the BoQ. Full pricing logic on /pricing/.

Site Visit
FREEWe walk the venue — or read your drawings — find what’s failing or missing, and tell you what’s realistic. No charge, no obligation. You get a straight answer either way; sometimes the straight answer is “you don’t need us yet.”

Design Package
FIXED FEEA fixed-fee design produces a locked bill of quantities and a locked price: drawings, specs and exclusions on the table before anything is bought. What you sign is what you pay.

-
Build & Commission
LOCKED SCOPEScope freezes before the first cable. We install and tune against engineered numbers — Wi-Fi heatmaps, acoustic models — and commissioning tests against those same numbers, not against “sounds fine to me.”

Handover & Service
OPERATE-READYYou get a system your staff runs without us: as-built docs, SOPs, training and a signed commissioning report. An optional service contract (Phase 2) keeps it monitored.

What “operate-ready” means,
item by item.
The handover pack is the product. The loudspeakers are just where it starts. Every TAS.AC project ships with:
As-built drawings
Final cable routes, device locations, system diagrams. The map the next engineer will thank you for.
Test results
SPL measurements, speed tests, Wi-Fi coverage, CCTV retention checks.
SOP documentation
How to adjust zones, switch scenes, troubleshoot the daily stuff.
Staff training
Hands-on sessions until your team runs the system alone.
Commissioning report
Every system tested against the design figures and signed off.
Service path
Optional SLA: monitoring, preventive maintenance, priority response.
Opening night
is part of the scope.
Every system we build gets an opening night: full room, full load, our engineer at the desk. A venue that sounds right at 40% capacity can fall apart at 100% — so we don’t hand over on a quiet Tuesday and wish you luck.
And this is how we ask for reviews: if the GM has something to say about how the night went, we ask them to say it publicly, in person, during opening week — not by email a month later.
If you’re a past client: once a year we come back, free, check the system — measurements, connector cleaning — and leave a one-page health report. Yes, we’ll ask you the same thing.
Two ways
to work with us.
Design
Full engineering package: drawings, BoQ, specs, tender docs. You build with any contractor.
Turnkey
Design, supply, installation, commissioning, handover. One contract, one responsibility.
Already running something that underperforms? Rescue & Upgrade is an entry point too — we audit, fix and re-commission systems installed by others. And supply-only is welcome: just need the gear, not the build? See equipment.
