Buy equipment standalone, or have it installed turnkey → as one integrated system — audio, video, network, security and control handled together. Either way the same rules apply: tropical-grade selection (corrosion-resistant, surge-protected, IP-rated where it matters) and a per-project quote against a written spec. We install and service on the ground, so we only supply what we're prepared to answer for later.

A fixed catalog price would either overcharge a simple job or under-scope a complex one — so the warehouse runs on quotes, and the quote has a procedure:
- You send the spec you have. A list, a floor plan, a photo of the old unit — whatever exists. We ask the questions that change the number: venue, environment, mounting, standalone vs turnkey.
- We come back with a sized spec and a number. Written, itemized.
- The number holds. What we quote is what we invoice. If a position's lead time or price moves before you order, we tell you first, in writing.
Prices exclude PPN unless stated. Tax invoice (faktur pajak) issued as standard.

TAS.AC supplies and installs LED / videotron, projection, professional audio, CCTV / security and networking hardware across Bali and Indonesia. Equipment can be bought standalone or installed turnkey as part of a full system — quoted per project against a written spec.
Apakah TAS menjual alat AV satuan, atau harus dipasang?
Keduanya. Anda bisa membeli peralatan secara satuan (supply-only) atau memesan sistem terpasang lengkap (turnkey) — desain, instalasi, commissioning, dan layanan purna jual. Harga ditentukan per proyek.
Ready stock atau indent?
Per posisi, dengan angka. Barang yang ada di gudang Bali ditandai "Ready in Bali"; barang indent ditandai dengan jumlah hari, bukan "sekitar". Kalau posisi belum ada statusnya, kami jawab di penawaran — bukan janji di WA.
Why don't you publish a price list?
Because real equipment pricing depends on the venue, the spec and the install. Instead of a flat number that's wrong in both directions, we run a quote procedure: send the spec you have, get back an itemized number.
Which brands do you carry?
We specify and supply tropical-grade professional hardware and are a brand-authorized supplier where stated on each category page — for example Retop LED with Novastar processing. Some lines we carry under distributor restrictions and quote on request rather than list publicly. We choose brands per project for reliability in Bali's climate, not to push a single fixed line.
Do you supply and install across all of Indonesia, or only Bali?
We are Bali-resident and serve the whole island with on-the-ground installation and service. We also supply and install nationally for projects that warrant it — tell us the location and we'll scope logistics and support.
