Audio Systems & Sound Design
Acoustic planning, DSP calibration and Dante distribution for venues that run all day and half the night. At Family Nest 23 zones stay separate on one backbone; at ATMOS sound holds inside a 50 °C steam dome. Every TAS amplifier and matrix is measured before it ships and warrantied in writing.

Fiber backbones, structured cabling and Ekahau-designed high-density Wi-Fi on Ubiquiti UniFi and MikroTik. At Family Nest one segmented backbone carries 34 villas and four venues, with Starlink failover in seconds. Guest internet, roaming, CCTV and access control all ride the same network.

Multimedia & Art Installations
Light, sound and video built as one interactive environment. At Pangolin Kids Club twelve copper plates hidden in the reception desk answer a child’s touch with sound. No screen, no buttons; the mascot itself is the interface.
Video & Visual Systems
LED walls (videotron), laser projection, motorised screens, signage and cinema, each calculated for its room — brightness, viewing angle and throw. At SILK a 7,000-lumen laser holds a 104-inch picture through daylight. At Pangolin a Retop facade runs 4,500 nits against the noon sun.
Security & Surveillance
Hikvision or TP-Link VIGI IP CCTV, access control and perimeter security, all on the same AV/IT network and PDP-Law-ready. At Family Nest 59 tropical-rated cameras cover four venues on one system, including the units facing the pools and the beach.

Architectural and scene lighting on DMX and SPI, taken on when a project calls for it rather than sold as a headline. At ATMOS the DMX pool and amphitheatre scenes run as designed. The domes’ SPI install taught us to write installation supervision into every proposal.
System Integration
Everything above unified into one platform under one contract, with lifecycle documentation that keeps it serviceable for years. At LV13 TAS is Chief Systems Architect over nine subsystems and sixteen vendors. The documentation works for whoever comes after us; nothing is locked to this company.
